My rhythm was so off i slept until 3pm yesterday. So i contemplated durchzumachen / to stay awake. But i couldn't bring myself to it. Then after Bosch Legacy episode x in the third aehm Staffel i decided to just go to sleep. I took the usual (Tryptophan, Ashwaganda, Vomex) to get a sleep on. Shortly b4 i fell asleep i thought i would really want to get up at ten and whoosh i woke up at 9.39 after barely sleeping for four hours. But i was awake! Yay! Since then i'm fighting to stay awake. It's not easy! Emmie the cat is totally convinced i made the best choice possible: Staying in bed all day! She should know. Ok anyways. Should i get up and even leave the house to buy fill in supposedly necessary foodstuffs OR am i staying indoors and try reading that dragon fantasy nr. 23? Maybe i might even fall asleep... But i want to break the rhythm! Yes, i do! Alright, this was spontanous rambling the first / erster. Let's see where this leads to!!
